Since İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş operates with a “People First” approach, our priority is to always make sure our employees go home to their families healthy.
- Aware of the importance of communication, İDÇ looks out for the interests of concerned parties, both internal and external, understands and meets their needs and expectations and utilizes all channels of communication to cooperate.

İDÇ also supports the use of infrastructure and resources needed for OHS activities and chooses to do business with its employees in a safe working environment.
- İDÇ uses applicable, consistent, goal-oriented and up-to-date management mechanisms at all levels of the organization and manages all OHS-related activities with these mechanisms. We do not remain unresponsive when goals are deviated from. If necessary, we develop new work methods and create a variety of systematics.
- Since we want to be protected from undesirable results, we identify cause and result situations / investigate incidents. It is essential to predict hazards, threats, risks and opportunities. We adopt preventive corrective approaches.
- As we wish to adapt to the dynamics of the industrial world and we do not want to fall behind the developments, we prefer that the workplace rules comply with laws and national/international standards. We comply with the conditions of organizations we are members of and fulfill our obligations arising from agreements and contracts. We work extremely hard to achieve sustainable development, to review situations at regular intervals and to become an exemplary establishment in every aspect.
