Born in Iskenderun in 1980, Serkan ŞAHİN graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 2002. He completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Kent University in 2004. From 2008 to 2012, he served as a Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and in 2012 he was appointed to the Executive Board. Currently, Serkan ŞAHİN continues to serve as an Executive Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik San. Born in Dörtyol, Hatay in 1985, Hüseyin BAŞTUĞ graduated from Sabancı University's Department of Management Sciences and Ankara Academy of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2007. He completed his Master's degree in Political Science at Sabancı University in 2009. Between 2008 and 2012, he served as a Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and in 2012 he was appointed to the Executive Board. Currently, Hüseyin BAŞTUĞ continues to serve as an Executive Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and also holds Executive Board positions at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. and Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş., as well as Board Member positions at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., NPORT Denizcilik A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., and İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş..

Between October 17, 2005 and May 15, 2006, he served as a Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., and between May 15, 2012 and June 5, 2013, he served as a Member of the Executive Board. Since July 4, 2022, he has been serving as a Member of the Executive Board. He also holds the positions of Vice Chairman and CEO of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., and a Member of the Executive Board of Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. Furthermore, Selim ŞAHİN serves as a Board Member of the Turkish Steel Producers Association.

Born in Iskenderun in 1992, Selin Şahin ŞEKERLİ graduated from the Business University of Costa Rica with a degree in Economics in 2021. Appointed as a member of the Executive Board of İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. by the Board of Directors in 2020, Selin Şahin also serves as a member of the Executive Boards of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. and Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş., and as a member of the Board of Directors of Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Born in Adana in 1970, Feyyaz YAZAR graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1994 as the top student in his faculty. Following competitive examinations, he was appointed first in his class to the Board of Accountants of the Ministry of Finance in 1995. He was appointed as an Accountant in 1998 and as Chief Accountant in 2005 by a tripartite decree. Between 2004 and 2006, he completed a double Master's degree in Accounting and an MBA at Martin Tennessee University. He graduated second in his class from Atılım University, Faculty of Law in 2013, having entered in 2010. He completed a two-year associate degree program in Human Resources Management at Anadolu University's Department of Management and Organization in 2022. Between 2007 and 2011, he served as Group Head and OECD Transfer Pricing Turkey Delegate at the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Finance; and between 2011 and 2012, he worked as Global Transfer Pricing Director at KPMG. He holds a Lawyer's License, Mediation Certificate, Certified Public Accountant Certificate, Corporate Governance Rating Expert Certificate, Capital Market Independent Auditor License, Capital Markets Advanced License, Public Oversight Authority Independent Auditor Certificate, SEGEM Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate, and Public Oversight Authority Sustainability Assurance Auditor Certificate. He has been working as the Deputy General Manager (Financial Affairs) at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. since July 2012 and is also a member of the Executive Board. He also serves as a Member of the Executive Board and Deputy General Manager at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Coordination (Financial Affairs) at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Deputy General Manager at Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş., and Legal and Financial Affairs Officer at Şahin Koç Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. and Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş..

Born in Ankara in 1969, Mr. Tolga YOLDAŞ graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Middle East Technical University in 1991. He began his professional career in 1991 in the Corporate Banking unit at Pamukbank Türk A.Ş., and between 1992-1993 he worked as a Corporate Marketing Officer at Egebank A.Ş., between 1993-1995 as a Corporate Marketing Officer at Kentbank A.Ş., between 1995-1997 as Marketing Manager at Osmanlı Bankası A.Ş., and between 1997-2000 at Osmanlı Bankası A.Ş. He served as Branch Manager at the Iskenderun Branch, İzmir Branch Manager at Osmanlı Bankası A.Ş. between 2000-2002, İzmir Branch Manager at Dış Bank A.Ş. between 2002-2004, and Deputy General Manager responsible for Foreign Trade at Egeplast A.Ş. between 2004-2005. Mr. Tolga YOLDAŞ joined our group in October 2005 as Finance Manager at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş. Mr. Tolga YOLDAŞ is fluent in English.
